Cancellation & Refund

  • Damaged/defective product should be reported within 12hrs of receiving on
  • Opening video & photo is a must.
  • We will revert back to the customer within 36 hours after complaint.
  • Product to be returned in its original condition, keeping the tags and packaging intact.
  • Altered/washed/ironed/dry cleaned garments / Bed Linen won't be accepted.
  • Upon authorization of the returns, we will offer you an exchange or store credit, only after we receive original product from your end.
  • Return / Exchange courier charged need to bared by client.
