Exchange Policy – The Craft Village

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange within 7 days.

Exchange Guidelines

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original tags, packaging, and bill must be intact

  • Size exchange is subject to availability

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale items

  • Customized products

  • Select home décor items (as specified at time of purchase)

Process

  • Please contact our store team to initiate an exchange

  • Courier charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer

  • All exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval before processing

Store Credit

If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit:

  • Valid for 30 days from date of issue

  • Can be used for future purchases

If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and inherent to handcrafted products — these are not considered defects

  • No cash or bank refunds are available — only exchange or store credit

  • Management's decision regarding all exchanges shall be final and binding
